I love this add-on, but I am most impressed with the customer service I received! I was having an issue, and when I wrote the developer (Darren) a message through his site, he wrote me an email within 8 hours! He even filmed a short tutorial video showing me how to resolve the issue! I can definitely give this add-on 5 stars now! I love this add-on, and I'm still in disbelief that Google Docs doesn't have this functionality built-in already! I also found that the developer provided prompt and excellent customer service. For a cheap $5, one can have lifetime access to this add-on, and it's pocket change in the greater scheme of things considering the simple action of being able to do something that we probably take for granted in other word applications. I know that when first installing the add-on it can be off putting that there are only a certain amount of searches/changes one can perform, but that is because this is a paid add-on and that is a trial.
